We begin with a real conversation — not a pitch. This call is about getting to know each other, asking thoughtful questions, and making sure my approach is the right fit for your brand, energy, and goals. I want you to feel seen and heard from the very start. There’s no pressure — just space to explore what’s possible together.
2. Strategy & Story Planning
This is where clarity begins. Once we’ve booked your session, you’ll receive a personalized Client Experience Guide — a step-by-step roadmap designed to help you prepare with calm and confidence. It includes what to wear, what to bring, how to choose locations, and how to align your visuals with your brand story.
We’ll also schedule a planning session to talk through your goals, refine your shoot direction, and make sure every element — from props to poses — supports your message.

3. Shoot Day (With Guidance, Not Guesswork)
On shoot day, there’s no need to memorize poses or worry about what to do with your hands. You’ll arrive with a clear plan, guided by everything we prepared together. I’ll gently direct you with prompts and micro-adjustments — but always leave space for the in-between moments that feel the most you. This is where comfort meets confidence, and it’s the heart of why my brand photography process works.
4. Gallery Reveal & Delivery
Once your shoot is complete, I’ll get to work editing and preparing your images. You’ll receive a beautifully curated gallery with all the images included in your package—ready to download and start using in your marketing as soon as package payment is received.
